Getting ready for the most festive season of the year is such a happy time. However, there are times when these festive Christmas decorations do not go as smoothly and as beautifully as planned. Either some people are not just gifted with creativity or the manufacturers of the Christmas ornaments are not being true to what they promised. With Christmas just around the corner, perhaps it would be a great idea to give you this list of hilarious Christmas design fails and hopefully, you can save yourself from falling into these traps.
It Seems That Santa Didn’t Get a Good Sleep the Whole Year
When it comes to doing ornaments and decorations for Christmas season, you would never run out of helpful videos that feature DIY crafts and recycling tips. There are lots of them on the Internet. Even repurposing old Christmas decorations have videos as well. It’s exciting and challenging, right? Aside from being able to show your creativity, you can also save a considerable amount of money. However, it’s still quite rare to find tips on the Internet regarding Halloween decorations turned to Christmas ornaments. They just seem to appear completely different from each other.
But it seemed that the one behind this idea has the ability to visualize what others can’t. From an old man who can easily scare away guests at a hotel in the middle of the night to the ever-cheerful Santa Claus? You bet the fake beard and the complete Santa costume didn’t help. He still looks spooky!
Where Did His Sleigh and His Reindeers Go?
The Christmas season will never feel and look complete without Santa Claus, right? From real men wearing costumes to statues and other Santa ornaments, you will never run out of Santa memorabilia either to display in your home or to present as a gift. Over the years, designers have tried and created a lot of Santa’s variations which became well-loved all around the world.
Whenever you think of Santa Claus and where he lives, you would also think of his famous sleigh and reindeers. It’s how he travels the world. But what if you come across this ornament that depicts Santa is indeed a half human and half-horse? While a “santaur” might look stronger than those traditional Santa, it’s still quite hard to imagine him traveling the world and giving gifts to children without his famous sleigh and faithful reindeers. Perhaps the designer had gone too far this time.
These Bears Probably Travelled Miles to Reach the Mall
During Christmas, big malls are often the venue for celebrations, reunions, family bonding and more. It’s almost natural to see even the biggest ones crowded a week before and a week after the Holiday Season. Aside from the Christmas sales, people are dreading to see the magnificent and costly decorations within the mall’s premises. Most of the time, they are worthy of Insta-pics and videos.
For this reason, the mall owners are expected to exert effort when it comes to decorations. People love to marvel those expensive designs and take a picture with their loved ones. In some cities, there are even mall competitions to see which branch has the best arrive and presentation. However, it seemed that there is one mall out there that is not up for the challenge. Looking at those bears, you can only wonder if they came from a very far away land just to be able to be present for Christmas. They look tired and perhaps, not camera ready. It’s time to work on angles.
Was It the Message Only or the Overall Look?
Christmas decorations must be cool, funny and enjoyable to look at. After all, it’s the real spirit of the Holiday Season that must be celebrated around the world. During this time of the year, businesses take advantage of the shopping season and they manufacture a lot of things that people would love to buy. But as the competition grows, clever businessmen would do anything just to be ahead of the game. However, in hopes of being unique from the rest, some manufacturers are not aware that they have already crossed the line.
Imagine coming across this Christmas décor with your little girl in tow. There is no question about the vibrant colors. They symbolize the colors of Christmas. But look closely and read the message. Perhaps the message would sound sweeter if the word “stop” will be replaced by the words, “drop by”. Anybody out there who agree?
Brrr...
While we love the Christmas spirit, one thing we do not enjoy is the snow in the house! It can be hard to find a tree last minute to cut down, decorate, and maintain. So why not use one that fell directly into your house?
Covered in tinsel and ornaments, it may be hard to tell at first that anything is off in this picture. But take one look at the floor and you'll realize it's covered in snow! Not only that but we wouldn't say that is a 'normal' way for a tree to be positioned in the living room, it's much too big!
Perhaps There’s a Square and Rectangular-Shaped Bell as Well?
Whenever you’re asked about Christmas symbols, perhaps what would come first in your mind is a Christmas tree. Then you would think about stars, lights and yes, bell. The bell symbolizes the arrival of the Christmas season. For centuries, people have been ringing bells to announce an arrival. For Christmas decorations, bells provide a vibrant appearance and atmosphere as bells usually come in vibrant colors and different sizes. Most of the time, they can be purchased at amazingly cheap prices.
But what if one day, you come across a bell décor with this label? Surely, these red and gold bells would look perfect on a Christmas tree. Perhaps the manufacturer wanted to make sure their clients knew exactly what they are getting - bell-shaped bells. Maybe they produce star-shaped stars for the top of your tree as well.
Will This Ornament Be Passed Down?
We can only imagine someone would be in the possession of such an ornament for a few reasons. One, it was passed down from a relative and you unfortunately are a nice enough person to hold onto it. Two, you think ornaments like this are funny so his place on your tree is for fun.
Or third, this ornament actually belongs to some sort of horror movie and not in your home on your Christmas tree. Whichever one it is, ornaments can be a fun way for individuals and families to express common interests or put on display things they find pretty. We hold no judgment.
Perhaps He’s Looking for His Hat?
Whenever you think of a snowman, probably the first to come to your mind is a small snowball on top of a bigger one with coal that represents the eyes and a carrot that serve as the nose. It’s quite easy to imagine, right? Well, this cute and well-cherished figure is also associated with the Christmas season. It is one of the most beloved symbols of the merry Holidays not only in regions with cool climates but also in those countries with warmer weather.
To make it even more exciting, others add up their personal touch either by dressing the snowman or by using cute objects to make the face even more lively and happy. And of course, there is the hat. No matter what they look like, these winter characters can easily bring a smile to anyone’s faces. But does it also work the other way around? Because looking closely, the variation of the snowman in this photo is not happy.
Could This Be a Sign of Festive Stress?
From elegant to whimsical and down to outlandish Christmas designs, there are people who would go beyond miles just to be able to catch attention during the Holiday Season. From the inside decor to the vibrant outer walls and even in the garden, there are houses that deserve an award for having the most eye-catching Christmas decorations. Of course, the effort and the cost behind those magical houses must not be taken for granted as well.
However, if the owner of this house planned to catch the attention of the passers-by, they certainly nailed it. But obviously, it’s for all the opposite reasons. Did they run out lights and bells? Or perhaps, they became too busy and had too little time to put up their décor. Well, at least, there’s a Christmas tree inside and a corner of their house lights up. You can even spot a green Santa that seems to wait for a company.
It’s the Thought That Counts
When it comes to creativity, there are people who can make you frown at first. But after a few seconds or when the realization dawns on you, you would have a hard time deciding whether what you’re seeing is a complete waste of time or if it’s totally genius. The one behind this epic Christmas manger must be proud of his accomplishment.
Come to think of it. Why need to spend too much on Christmas trees, snowballs, lights, bells, and other famous decorations when you can conveniently create a symbolic manger with the help of a Soda company? Sometimes, you just have to go to the nearest convenience store. It takes only a few dollars and perhaps a minute to set this up. Now, the owner of the house can proudly say that Jose, Maria, and Jesus are in the house during Christmas. Certainly, the designer didn’t forget the angel, too.
Christmas Season Means a Busy Time in the Office as Well
As the Holiday season is fast approaching, employees get excited and stressed at the same time. Excited, because it’s the time of the year where there are plenty of gifts and bonuses. Generous employers take advantage of the season to show their appreciation and love to their employees. On the other hand, they also tend to feel stressed and overwhelmed because the end of the year also means completion of annual reports, inventories, and everything. There are lots of works to do.
Perhaps, the employees in this office have tons of works on their plate. No one can spare even a minute to unbox the Christmas tree and set it up in the corner. At least, one of them stepped up and decided to put some décor on. Who knows? Another one could feel the burden of looking at the design and decide to do some real work this time.
They Are Too Proud of Their Neighbors' Décor
In life, there is always a competition. From the simple things to the big ones, there are people who would do anything to win the battle. But when it comes to this Christmas décor, can you call it a competition if the other neighbor is too proud of the design of the house in the next block? In fact, they have exerted an effort to guide passers-by to see the magnificent set-up of their dear neighbors.
Of course, the festive house in this photo deserves praise for their effort. Even the tree in the garden was not left out. If you get the chance to visit, perhaps you would find a lot of Insta-worthy pictures inside. But certainly, the other “lazy” neighbor deserves your attention, too. If these two houses are to be judged, you might agree that the vote will not be unanimous as the wit and creativity of the lazy neighbor cannot be easily missed.
It Could Have Been the Best Christmas Message Ever
December 25 is a celebrated date all around the world. For thousands of years, Christmas was popularized as the day Jesus had been born. This season is one of the most awaited times of the year where most people get the chance to take leave from their work and be with their families and loves ones. Even the kids can’t wait for this time of the year. Simply put, the birthday of Jesus presents a great opportunity for pleasant times.
However, not all people remember to greet Jesus on Christmas Day. Mostly, you would see decorations that read “Merry Christmas” accompanied by other symbolic designs such as Christmas trees, lights, bells, and cards. However, the one behind this Christmas wall design clearly knows the important event that must be celebrated on this important day. At first thought, the designer deserves applause. But give it a second look and perhaps, you will change your mind.
They Saved the Laundry for Christmas!
Not all people have the money to buy a Christmas tree. Others do not have the time, and there are those people who don’t care at all. But looking at this photo, it’s a little bit hard to decide where they belong. A pile of laundry on a Christmas day is one of the last things you could ever wish for. The good thing though is, the one behind this hilarious idea still knows how to turn a negative situation into a positive one.
While others would just do their thing and get off with this laundry problem as soon as they can, it’s quite amazing that the one behind this unique Christmas tree had seen the symbolic shape. Thank God there is a star to grace this “amazing” creation. They even had the guts to take a photo and upload it on the Internet. You can only guess, they are quite proud of their work.
To Be Annoyed or to Be Thankful for This Laziness?
For those who want to make the most out of their Christmas decoration, the labor doesn’t end once the Christmas tree was set up with lights, stars, snowballs, and bells. After the festive celebrations which involve lots of eating and talking with relatives, you would soon find yourself with a lot of cleaning up to do. Of course, you need to remove your decorations and ornaments and keep them locked in your storage until the next Christmas season comes.
But what if, you don’t have to go through all those messy and tangled set up once again? The owner of this Christmas tree probably had a hard time setting it up and was desperate to make it look at its best once again next year. Come to think of it, no need to spend hours decorating as removing the plastic wrapper will only take a minute and presto, it’s Christmas in the house once more!
Nothing Says 'Christmas' Quite Like These Giant, Eye-Catching Lit-Up Panties
Before, people only cared about decorating their homes and their yards during Christmas Season. While there are almost blinding lights when you’re inside someone’s property, everything becomes dark once you’re out there on the highway, except for the light coming from vehicles and lamp posts, of course. However, as the years went by, more and more people, especially those from the local government, began to give importance to decorating the highways with Christmas lights and balls. Even the trees are given attention as well.
However, it seemed that the people assigned for decorating this street have run out of ideas to wow people. So instead of going overtime thinking of something that could make people turn their heads up every time they pass by, they chose the underpants design. Funny how this simplicity can amuse people and make them smile for some apparent reason.
Perhaps Christmas Is Not Their Favorite Time of the Year
People have different kinds of taste and preferences when it comes to celebrations and Holidays. There are multiple events in a year that require preparations and design. While there are millions out there would prefer the Christmas Season over Halloween, there are still homeowners who can’t deny what they favor the more. You can see it in their effort. In this photo, you can easily see the difference.
The homeowners can scare away strangers at night with their Halloween design and perhaps, they would certainly get the same reaction for their Christmas décor as well. Could it be possible that the one behind this design has used up all his leave from work during the Halloween and nothing was left for Christmas? But given how stressful Christmas can be, it’s no wonder the homeowners quickly resort to stress-reducing acts.
A Perfect Example of Expectation Versus Reality
Today, getting what most people want can be done in just a click. As businesses turn to the online world for promoting their products and services, anyone can order the thing they want and all they have to do is to wait for the delivery. Less stress, less hassle, shoppers love to deal with online businesses.
But most of the times, shoppers take risks when it comes to online shopping. Businesses work of promotions and advertisements can sometimes be misleading. Sometimes, they take too much. Here’s a perfect example of that “expectation versus reality trap”. How nice it would be to give this color and design changing mug to the one you love on a Christmas morning? From a black one to a winter wonderland, it would surely be nice but then, the designer got tired and made an honest mistake. Anyway, at least nothing in the picture says that it will really change its color.
No One Could Argue That This One Is a Christmas Tree, But…
There are busy people who can still find time to transform their homes and make it look festive and vibrant for the Holiday season. When it comes to decoration, among the favorite symbols of Christmas that most people put up during this time of the year is the Christmas tree. Whether it’s in a house or in an office, it seems that the festive décor will always be incomplete without a Christmas tree to grace the celebration.
However, it is also clear that not all people have the enthusiasm for buying big Christmas trees and then making it colorful using balls and bells. The owner of this house doesn’t seem to care about the size. When asked, the one behind this hilarious décor can easily say that there’s a Christmas tree in the house. No one can tell that he is lying as well. But if anyone would come for a surprise visit, surely, there would be plenty of explaining to do.
They Are Too Busy at the Hospital
While the rest of the workers in the world can easily take their leave whenever it’s Christmas time, there are people out there who can’t simply leave their posts anytime they want. Among these people are the hospital workers. Of course, they need to be always available especially during emergencies. Probably, they might feel that it’s unfair. But at least, the staff of this hospital still managed to come up with their own version of Santa’s reindeer.
However, no matter how busy they are, the spirit of the joyous season must not be forgotten. Even people, from kids to adults, who unfortunately need to spend their Christmas at the hospital, must be able to feel the festive atmosphere. For that reason alone, perhaps you can forgive the designers behind this hilarious yet cute decoration. At least, the reindeer of Santa would be able to leave that easily with those metal crutches.
It’s Way Better Than Nothing Though
Christmas season has this joyous vibe that is both contagious and inspiring. With plenty of people working on decorating their homes with vibrant lights and other symbols, it’s easy to get the virus. Looking at those well-designed Christmas trees from the Internet or from the magazines can easily put someone into work.
But what happens when you don’t have the money to buy those gigantic Christmas trees in the mall? DIY! But as always, you have to be aware of the “expectation versus reality” kind of thing. While DIY projects can be enjoyable, there are lots of possible hassles as well. What happens if you suddenly run out of décor and other ornaments? Or what if you lose the enthusiasm once you find it hard to imitate those beautiful Christmas trees in the pictures? Perhaps, the one behind this Christmas tree project suffered the same dilemma. Do you agree?
It Looks Like a Rocket Christmas Tree
The gift of creativity is one thing that most people want to have especially during the Holiday Season where design and decors are of high demand. Having the ability to work on marvelous designs without spending too much is like a dream come true. If you’re one of those people who believe that taking creativity to the next level must be applied on Christmas decorations as well, then perhaps you may want to think again upon seeing this photo.
Even though reindeers can be seen on the boxes, it would still take some time to figure this out. Not unless it has a sash that reads, “This is our Christmas tree”, right? Even the traffic cone on top would leave you wondering. If you are to choose between a rocket and a Christmas tree, what would you pick? Well, forget the question. Probably, your mind is spinning now on what to do if you happen to see something like this in your property.
A Few Puff and You’re All Set Up
As the world is moving towards modernization, all the more people become inclined to depend on things that require the least amount of effort. While it’s true that you should take advantage of the creative inventions today, perhaps people need time to sit down and relax, and then think whether they are just enjoying their rights or they are abusing it. While the Christmas design in this photo is cute, the homeowner probably had a “hard and long” time setting this up. It’s quite tedious to pump air nowadays, right? Using an automatic pump, perhaps it would take 10 minutes and that’s really tiring!
Alright! It’s too much for sarcasm. The homeowners certainly did an incredible job compared to the others in this list. Kids would definitely love the idea. It would provide a nice background for a photo as well. But hopefully, they have removed the sharp objects from their yard or else, there would be another pumping session to do!
Just Be Sure to Screw These Lights Correctly
Flickering lights at home can be considered a natural occurrence. No matter how properly designed your electrical system is, you cannot fully eliminate flickers. A time will come you will experience it. While the usual cause of flickering lights is usually benign, it must not be taken for granted as these occurrences can be the symptom of a major electrical problem in your home.
So would you ever dare to put these flickering lights in your Christmas tree during the decorating season? Surely, you don’t want to scare off your guests away. And if you do take the risk, you can be at ease thinking that the lights on your Christmas tree are naturally flickering. But what if it’s not? With a lot of lights and home equipment running on a busy Christmas season, the possibility of having an electrical shortage becomes bigger, don’t you think so?
Santa and Pancakes Go Well Together, But Perhaps Not This Close
Whatever the season is, kids and adults can easily get excited because there are plenty of programs and events being hosted. Holidays bring plenty of happy opportunities and memories. As more and more businesses discover the importance of connecting with people, all the more you can see advertisements for different programs especially when a festive season is approaching. You go to a mall or even a park and it would almost come naturally that an agent with a flyer will approach you and invite you to attend an event.
But it seemed that the designer of this event flyer got too excited to attract visitors to their program. Santa and pancakes are two of the things that would surely bring smies to everyone’s faces. But if they are presented like this, Santa can easily appear naughty! Moreover, the honey on the pancake seems to look not so tempting anymore. Perhaps it could have been better if they decided to make a two-page flyer.
It Seemed That Santa Has a Naughty Side, Too
Cold weather is usually associated with Christmas. This time of the year calls for colorful and thick sweaters. While adults can easily battle the cold weather using coats, kids are often dressed in sweaters. The colorful ones can easily make them look cute and pampered. That’s why most parents opt to buy their kids new sweaters whenever Christmas is around the corner. Of course, most of the design would include the symbols of the festive season such as Santa Claus who is dear to almost every kid in the world.
However, the parent of this kid probably had a very little time to shop for a new sweater. Perhaps it’s the dad who picked this one, liked the color and proceeded to the counter for purchase. At first glance, no one would notice what is wrong in this sweater. But look carefully and you can only say that Santa is up to his naughty games once again!
Perhaps It Wasn’t So Visible in the Morning When the Lights Were Set Up
Creative people know that there are lots of things in the surroundings that can be used to make Christmas decorations more enticing. Whenever someone is decorating a house, the garden is usually included in the plan. How nice it would be to see trees and other plants lighting up like the stars in the night. But as true as it goes, not every tree with Christmas lights look magnificent and pleasing to the eyes. Some can look amusing at first but after a few seconds, it would start to look annoying to the eyes.
This photo gives the perfect example of an epic Christmas lights set up on a real tree. It’s probably a palm tree. Either intentionally or accidentally, no parent would ever want their kids to see something like this. Maybe, the owner of the house set up the lights in the morning and never had the chance to see clearly what it would look like at night.
Even Some Adults Who Adore Santa Will Also Get the Creeps
Most children from all around the world strongly believe that Santa Claus exists. He would travel at night riding on his sleigh and would stop on chimneys to drop his gifts to well-behaved kids. Other children believe that he actually put gifts in big socks placed by their parents in the living room. Simply put, Santa Claus completes the magic of the Christmas season.
Wherever we go, it would be impossible not to see different variations of the well-loved Santa Claus whenever Christmas is approaching. Kids love to be photographed with Santa Claus. They are all over the place, in costume, and in character. But will they still love to do it once they’ve seen this one? It looks like the soul of the children he had given gifts made up his white beard. Or did he get the naughty ones and teach them how to be a kind kid first before he gives his gifts? It would be another myth to keep you wondering, no matter how old you might be.
Can’t They Just Leave Those Poor Rubber Toilet Pumps Alone?
While there is almost no shortage of ideas for Christmas decorations and ornaments, it is still quite an achievement to come up with something that looks nice and pleasing to the eyes. But when that task proves too hard or too expensive to be achieved, some people would often end up in the mall and shop for Christmas ornaments and decorations that suit their budget.
Being patient in searching for affordable Christmas tree and décor often pay off. However, there are times as well that you would realize the reasons why beautiful Christmas trees cost too much. The décor in this photo surely resembles a Christmas tree until you see where the branches are coming from. Perhaps it might look a little bit better if you add Christmas balls and bells. But still, it would be a far cry to the magnificent ideas that most people have in mind.
Perhaps, No Intruder Would Dare Crash a Christmas Party!
Whether you’re after an extravagant decoration or a modest Christmas display, there’s one thing that you simply cannot miss, the Christmas lights. From the windows to the doors, how visually pleasing it is to see different lights at night telling you that the Holiday Season is coming to town. Over the years, manufacturers have introduced a variety of designs. From different sizes to colors, shoppers wouldn’t run out of choices to illuminate the entire house and even the garden with unique decorating ideas!
However, it seems that the designer of this Christmas lights has this particular inclination to war. It’s quite unusual to see shotgun-inspired Christmas lights. Perhaps, the manufacturers want customers to believe that their product is one of the most patriotic things they can possibly own. If you’re planning a mega-display, just make sure you hire professional installers. But what could possibly go right with this design as your tree-topper?
The QA Inspector of This XMAS Ornament Is Also a Human, Too
In life, making mistakes is completely normal. Even the most intelligent persons miss their marks from time to time too. But while it is true that most people demand understanding when they make mistakes, it’s not always easy to forgive especially if they see something that’s as easy as ABC to make. And oftentimes, the designers are the ones to be blamed. Among the most unforgivable mistakes is when you get the spelling wrong, especially on terms that people use for over a thousand years. Come on, even 1st graders know how to spell the abbreviation of Christmas.
The Christmas tree ornament probably missed the quality inspection. Or perhaps, the designer is not referring to Christmas after all. Who knows, the one behind this has a dear friend named XAMS and decided to pay tribute to that person? Well, it’s really an absurd explanation. Can you think of a more plausible excuse for this poor thing?
Perhaps It’s Another Language of Greeting?
In business, most manufacturers want you to believe that you get what you pay for. When it comes to shopping for Christmas decorations, it’s no secret that extravagant displays require a considerable amount of money. While there are others who would never hesitate to spend a lot just to be able to make the Christmas season even more magical, others have no choice but to turn to budget-friendly decorations. At least, they can still have something to light up their homes and to put on their Christmas tree.
But sometimes, no matter how cheap an ornament is being offered, a budget-conscious shopper would think twice if it’s really worth their money. Looking at this photo, you can only think of so many reasons why this ornament had managed to reach the malls. Did everyone really fail to notice that something is wrong here?
You Can Only Wonder What Appears on the Security Monitor
Sometimes, in hopes of spreading the merry and joyous vibe within the place, designers are not aware if some decors and ornaments got out of place. The more important thing is, everywhere they look, they can see symbols of Christmas that would remind them that indeed, the most-awaited Holiday Season is finally approaching. But while some “overwhelming” designs tend to be forgivable, there are others that would require you to muster all your wits and patience just to be able to understand why anyone didn’t object.
Looking at this picture, you can only wonder that the one behind this idea doesn’t care too much about security. While these Christmas balls can surely make the ambiance even more welcoming for the coming Holidays, the ornaments seemed to block the view of the security camera. Well, the designer can only wish nothing unusual would happen or else, they would not be able to see anything except for those green ruffles and colorful Christmas balls.
Don’t Blame Santa If He Lost His Way
Millions of kids around the world wait for the coming of Santa Claus every Christmas. Even those who have outgrown the popular myth wouldn’t want to spoil the children’s Christmas by telling them that he really doesn’t exist. Instead, parents and other adults participate in telling magical stories so that children would behave, expecting that Santa will come to their homes at Christmas and give them the gifts their hearts desire the most.
Keen to make their kids even happier during Christmas, there are parents who love to buy decorations such as the one in this picture. It’s supposed to catch the attention of the well-loved figure at Christmas. But looking closely, it’s easy to tell that Santa would have a hard time choosing which direction to go. Sometimes, there are designers who must really be exhausted and failed to see the shortcomings.
Thank You From Your Dad, Son
When it comes to writing, the arrangement of the words is everything. People can easily get the wrong meaning even if you just fail to include a single word. In fact, even a slight mistake on the spelling can completely change the real meaning of the word as well. While in this case, the damage is not too much, you would still want to read this over and over again and think if this is sweet and thoughtful greeting, or if the signature in this card is done by a person in haste.
Surely, every dad would be happy to receive a Christmas card from his son, especially at times like this when the traditional method of greeting is fast fading away. So instead of pondering on the mistake, or should you say the wrong order of the greetings, perhaps the receiver of this card chose to see the humor behind this one.
Perhaps Not Everyone Is Gifted to See What a Designer Can See
As Science says, the brain of a designer is right side-oriented. This way of thinking causes their creativity to be extremely visual-based. Oftentimes, they can perfectly imagine what an idea would look like when put into reality. However, as reality goes, there are designers that you would love and there are those that, unfortunately, would annoy you to the bones. Don’t worry, this one is subtle enough to keep your cool.
Looking at this Christmas display in a mall, it doesn’t take a gifted mind to see that something’s not in place. Yes, you can completely see the letters that spell “Christmas”. But is this really the best way they can set it up? Clearly, the place has enough space to get them in a straight line. Or are they challenging people if they can read? Anyway, if spectators decide to take a photo, the letters won’t be visible in the background anyway.
