Quarterback Patrick Mahomes is currently one of the NFL's biggest stars and with that comes a pretty huge paycheck. So it's no surprise that the Kansas City Chief player has invested in a luxury pad - complete with a wine cellar, steam room, and of course a walk-in sneaker closet. But you might also be surprised by the retro vibes and zen influence that make this house pretty unique - and super enviable. Have a look inside Patrick and his wife Brittany’s multi-million dollar Kansas City pad… be warned, you might get jealous.
One of the Most Expensive Neighborhoods in Kansas City
Well, if you're going to splash a cool $2 million on a property - you want it to be somewhere nice, don't you? And Sunset Hills West is one of the nicest places you can live in Kansas City, which is why Patrick counts a host of celebrities as his neighbors. His property definitely stands out against theirs.
The property was purchased in 2019, when Patrick made an upgrade from his bachelor pad to a family home. The house was designed with a clean and simple aesthetic that made it pretty understated, considering what it's worth. There are two enormous statues guarding the front doors, so we wouldn't exactly call it basic …
Indoors and Outdoors Are Equally Magnificient
Just like the outside of the property, the inside is suitably tasteful too. Patrick steered away from the celebrity cliche of flashing his wealth across the interior design and instead decided to go for a spacious, retro look with classic art and comfy oversized furniture.
Along with the designer, the couple worked hard to bring out the nature surrounding the property inside, and that can be seen in the earthy and wood tones across the space. And in this particular room, we can see that they have combined the living and kitchen space in a simple open-plan layout, with a fire right at the heart of things.
There Is a Strong Buddhist Influence
One of the key themes of the house is Zen Buddhism and we can really see that coming together here in this little secluded garden spot. Mahomes has to be one of the busiest players in the NFL and as a result, he gets very little downtime.
So when he does, it's no surprise that he likes to make sure it's in as ‘zen’ a place as possible, and it doesn't get much more chill than this. With a reclining double garden sofa surrounded by flowers and shaded by an overhanging tree, he has created his very own serenity garden to get away from the madness of celebrity life.
Watch Out for the Red Restroom
We saw that Mahomes' living room has a retro touch, but his bathroom is really taking it to the next level. Going all red (and we mean all - floor and everything) it is finished with touches of deep mahogany, and retro silver paneling that almost makes you feel like you're in a bar.
This theme is carried out with the bathroom tissues being presented on a bar tray. To complete the harsh aesthetic, there is also a red poster of Lenin. This space is definitely a step away from the nature-themed rooms in the rest of the house - and we’re not sure we’d exactly call it a relaxing space to unwind in … but it’s definitely a cool look.
There Is Custom Made Bar Built Into the Living Room
Can you really have a celebrity pad without a custom-made bar? We’d say this one is pretty low-key as far as bars go - which kind of fits the understated theme of the house.
It's still pretty great, tucked by the side of the living space and practically within reaching distance of those big comfy sofas - it's the perfect addition to any gathering. And as we know from their socials - Patrick and Brittany definitely love a party.
They Have a Restaurant Standard Kitchen
As a professional athlete, Mahomes has to eat right. And whether it’s actually him cooking the meals himself, or a hired chef - they couldn't have a better space to prepare those healthy dishes in than this kitchen.
Continuing the retro wood theme, the cabinets match the beams that line the wall of windows looking out onto the garden. The rest is all white and fully equipped with everything a professional chef could want - including a stove island under a skylight.
The Interior Reflects the 50s Architecture
Although Patrick bought the house in 2019, it was actually built in 1953 and as we can see in this room, he has tried to honor the period of the building in its interior design. Here, in yet another spacious living area, we can see a slightly more formal setup.
The room features leather couches and stylish stalls surrounding the dark wood coffee table in the middle. This wooden theme is continued across the window frames, where, just like in the kitchen, they bring a wall of light into the retro space.
A Dining Room Fit For Royalty
Mahomes' dining room provides quite a contrast to the rest of the house. The dark wooden window frames have been replaced with fresh white tiles, and the retro theme seen everywhere else has been swapped for modern lighting and futuristic accessories such as the mirror and the centerpiece.
However, the dark wooden floor and table make a nod to the fifties element, and the floor-to-ceiling windows that surround the space definitely continue to bring nature indoors. Sort of like a very formal picnic.
Lots And Lots Of Space for Breakfast
Just in case Patrick and Brittany decide they want something a little more informal for eating, they also have a very spacious breakfast bar in the state-of-the-art kitchen. With four built-in chairs perfect for the couple and their two kids, there's even a fold-out extension in case anyone else wants to join them to eat.
And they are all centered around the stove - so if you want to cook, chop, or chat - you have the perfect space. And of course, there's a fridge big enough to feed everyone on the Kansas City Chiefs in case they decide to visit!
Patrick Has a Dedicated A Room Just for His Shoes
We've heard of a walk-in wardrobe - but a dedicated shoe room - now that's next level! But shoes - or sneakers more specifically - are without a doubt Mahomes' biggest weakness. His prized collection is undoubtedly priceless.
The endless shelves are packed with rare items, including limited editions from his main sponsor, Adidas. And for his extra special pairs, he has a backlit shelf with individual shoes on display, along with a pretty impressive collection of sunglasses to match. Well, you’ve got to look the part.
His Sneakers Have Their Own Security
Considering how expensive this collection of sneakers is, it's not much of a surprise that Mahomes wants some security on them. He hasn't gone quite as far as getting a security guard but we can see in this picture that he has a camera pointing at them at all times.
He also commented when showing this room that they “... [tore] everything down and built it back up the way [they] wanted” and that’s evident from the super sleek and modern finish of the space – complete with more floor-to-ceiling windows that continue to bring the outdoors in.
Obligatory Oversized Celebrity Pool
Patrick and Brittany have done well in avoiding too many lavish displays of wealth in their home - but everyone's all allowed one treat, right? And well, what millionaires pad is really complete with a huge outdoor pool? So it's no surprise that Mahomes joined the trend with this full-sized beauty.
Although we're sure that like most celebrities, they don’t actually use it much. It's a pretty great spot to take in the sunset though as we can see here - and with tables perched all around it a lovely place to enjoy a drink from that inbuilt bar.
Acres of Land Hidden Inside the City
Let's not forget that the Mahomeses have chosen to have a house right in the middle of Kansas City - so it’s pretty impressive just how much land this property actually takes up. With an enormous complex, shaded courtyard, swimming pool, sports court, and ample garden lawns.
There’s tons of space and things to do here. One of their favorite features, however, is the number of trees that can be seen expertly shading them from the prying eyes of the paparazzi and giving them some much-needed privacy.
They Love Their Dogs
Family is absolutely key to Mahomes - it's the reason that he upgraded his property in the first place. And at the heart of it is his wife Brittany Matthews, who he actually met way back in high school and who has stuck with him throughout his NFL journey.
Together they have two young children as well as a number of dogs that they absolutely adore. Let's be honest - this house is a dog's dream - all that space!
It’s All About the Mood Lighting
Here's another shot of one of the cozy, secluded spots in the house - and as we can see the whole property is across one level - adding to the intimate vibe. But nothing quite sets the scene like mood lighting - as can be seen to full effect here.
And apparently, Mahomes is in complete control of this as he has a Google Nest Table that actually controls all of the lights in the house … not quite in keeping with the rest of the property's retro vibe - but definitely worth it!
Introducing the Dreamy Bathtub
Remember the retro red washroom we saw before? Well, the main bathroom couldn't be any further in design from this - with cool creams and calming wood tones throughout. The enormous stand-alone bathtub is positioned in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows with trademark dark wooden beams.
The tiles are yet another nod to the fifties theme that runs throughout the property. With the colors and the scenery, you could easily feel like you were bathing outside - which we’re sure was the intention when they designed it. And it looks like the absolute dream place to have some "me" time.
They Have an Inbuilt Steam Room
You'd be forgiven for seeing this picture and thinking it was from a luxury spa - but it's actually just Mahomes' bathroom. We all know saunas and steam rooms are great for athletes - and so it's not much of a surprise that he decided to build an enormous shower to match their huge bathtub.
The secret feature they have incorporated actually allows it to work as a steam room too! As lavish as this is though, we’re actually distracted by the urinal on the wall next to it - who has a urinal in their home? We guess a very busy celeb on the go.
The Gym That You’ve Seen in Brittany’s Videos
This one kind of goes without saying - and you may have actually seen it already, as Brittany has a popular channel where she makes home workout videos. So it's pretty important that she has somewhere to shoot them.
And with those trademark floor-to-ceiling windows and clean-cut design, it couldn't be a nicer spot to film in. It's also ideal for Patrick to practice when he’s not in Arrowhead Stadium and was essential during the pandemic when he wasn't allowed to train with his team.
The Perfect Mix of Contemporary and Retro
This shot is a great example of the designers' ability to expertly mix contemporary and retro designs. In this classy and spacious living room, we can observe lots of old-school features.
Matching stand lamps, leather armchairs, and dark wooden paneling. But then there are some modern touches expertly mixed in too - such as the stand-alone blue art piece and spotlights throughout the ceiling.
Spot the Calming Japanese Influence
Here we can see the reception area that you would be greeted with when walking into Patrick and Brittany’s house - and as far as first impressions go, this one packs quite a punch. Immediately the zen theme is apparent in the Japanese design - with harmonious wood and an intricately designed banister.
Impressive art lines the walls and unlike many of the rooms that are filled with plants, just a simple vase of flowers sits on the table to add a pop of color to the serene scene.
The Bedroom Is the Size of an Apartment
The couple is known for being rather modest - with their comparatively understated bungalow. And they even have a bit of a reputation for being frugal - apparently choosing to stay with Patrick's mom while they got the house ready.
But their master bedroom is most definitely not a reflection of that because it is enormous - and packed with every luxury feature possible. From the sprawling bed to the matching inbuilt arm chars, multiple cream sofas, widescreen TV, roaring fireplace, and surrounding patio windows - this gem was definitely where the couple decide to splurge!
Yet Another Bathroom …
We've already seen at least two washrooms and here's another. This one is an ensuite - maybe to that insane bedroom. Well, if you were in there, you really wouldn't want to leave it for long, so making sure the facilities are close by is pretty essential.
This room carries the same theme as the main bathroom - with matching retro titles, trademark wooden features, and a little glimpse of those luscious grounds outside to complete the calming visual.
Their Guests Are in for a Treat
You definitely want to be a friend of the Mahomeses because they have a hotel-grade suite for their guests to come and stay in. With a plush double bed complete with endless cushions piled on top, it woud be impossible not to be comfortable.
The green walls help to bring in the nature framed by the floor-to-ceiling windows and compliment the huge plant that sets off the ultimate relaxing stay. Now, remind us - how can we become friends with them again?
The Art of Keeping It Simple
Maybe it's the zen, Buddhist influence - or just the couple's hatred of clutter - but it's apparent throughout the property that big empty spaces are massively prioritized. And there’s no better example of this than back in that fabulous master bedroom with the vast amount of unoccupied space in front of the enormous bed.
From this angle we can also see that the incredible bathroom comes straight off of the bedroom so the lucky couple can literally go from bed to bath in a few steps - now that's what we call a clever design.
It's Barbeque Time in Kansas City
It would be easy to see this picture and think that Mahomes lives in Florida or L.A. But actually, this superstar lives in Kansas City (well, you kind of have to when you play for the Kansas City Chiefs). But with the clever design of this outdoor space, he could easily be transported to somewhere far more tropical.
The beautiful blue tiles give the pool an ever-inviting image - whether you're actually swimming in it or enjoying a barbeque in the huge social space around the edge … well, this is Kansas after all - so barbequing is pretty much essential. And of course, they have those trees making sure that no one gets papped in their bikini.
There’s a Whole Lot of Wine Down in the Cellar
They may live in a bungalow but there is one room that is on a separate floor - the wine cellar. That’s right, the Mahomeses have their very own dedicated wine cellar! As we know wine is an incredible investment so we can’t even imagine how much this room is worth!
It is packed with priceless bottles, the rarest of which we can see are kept in a separate side space. To complete the old-school aesthetic, they have complemented the dark wooded cabinets with a table and stools to enjoy a glass or two - and of course, an old framed painting to tie the look together.
Even More Space for Their Friends and Family
Here we can see yet another guest room - how many guests do these guys have? Well, we suppose when you have a luxury dining room, inbuilt bar, private wine cellar, and of course an enormous swimming pool - it does kind of attract company.
And once again whoever gets to stay here is very lucky. A different design to the first room with dark walls and light sheets - but the huge plant and the ridiculous amount of pillows keep the theme consistent - and very comfortable!
And of Course, They Have a Walk-In-Wardrobe
We saw earlier that Patrick and Brittany have a dedicated room for their shoes (or Patrick’s at least - we’re not sure that there is any space in there for Brittany's) and now we can see that they also have one for their clothes and accessories too.
With a lighter wood than we can see in the rest of the house, there is oodles of storage space - in all shapes and sizes to accommodate their different items and accessories. There's also a huge leather chair set against the window wall, in case you want someone's opinion on your outfit (or just a little break while you're getting ready).
They Have Created a Forest in the Middle of the City
Considering they are in the city, the Mahoneses have done an incredible job of either creating or finding a space that feels like they are in the middle of a giant forest. This view of the pool also allows us to see a hot tub, sun deck, and a sprawling manicured garden with steps leading out to yet more space.
And the best bit? It's all encased in a set of huge luscious trees so it feels like a country retreat - right in the middle of Kansas City! Talk about the best of both worlds.
Welcome to the Mahoneses!
And for our final shot, it's exactly what you would see if you were walking up to their home, hopefully for a party in that living room, a BBQ in that garden, or a stay in one of their guest suites. You can truly appreciate how beautiful the property is - with its trademark widow walls, modest structure, and spacious grounds.
Perfect to accommodate their ever-growing family with daughter Sterling and brand new baby Patrick Lavon III. Well, considering Patrick’s set to earn a cool $500 million from the Chiefs alone over the next eight years - we wouldn’t really expect anything less!
Inside Gisele and Tom Brady's Regal Manor
In 2020 pro quarterback and living legend Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bündchen moved to Florida permanently from their New England home, surprising a lot of fans as well as friends. In the aftermath of the estrangement announcement, Brady’s regal manor went up for sale, spurring real estate agents and fans alike to find out what the football star’s lifestyle looked like.
Fortunately, the camera crew of Sotheby's got the opportunity to go through the whole mansion, giving everyone a display of how the football star and his family lived all these years. Here’s what the camera crew found!ADVERTISEMENT
Fortunately, the camera crew of Sotheby's got the opportunity to go through the whole mansion, giving everyone a display of how the football star and his family lived all these years. Here’s what the camera crew found!ADVERTISEMENT
Their Dream Home
Brady’s 12,000 square-foot home is located at Brookline, Massachusetts, a sprawling estate covering five acres. When Brady purchased the land back in 2015 it cost him $4.5 million dollars. However, by the time the Brady’s sold it, the price had skyrocketed quite significantly, mostly thanks to the stately mansion built on it.
In 2019 the Bradys put up the property for sale on the market for a whopping $39 million which dropped to $34 million when the football star couldn’t find a buyer. Though he sold the house for less than what he intended, Tom Brady still probably made a lot off the sale.
Getting a Bit Creative
The Bradys opted to advertise their home in an unorthodox manner which helped. Instead of having a real-estate photographer taking the snaps, the couple wanted to publicize the property as much as possible, which is why they hired Sotheby's real estate division to do the job. While the crew thought it would just be another day at work, they were in for a surprise.
The first thing that caught their notice once they entered through the main door was the open and spacious foyer. This part of the home was well lit with simple white walls, bright lighting, and a polished wooden floor. But this was just the beginning of the crew’s journey as they had more surprises in store for them.
From the Foyer to the Master Suite
Once the camera crew was done taking pictures of the foyer, they moved over to Tom and Giselle’s master suite which would put many 5-star Swiss hotels to shame. The room consists of a high-pitched ceiling with see-through windows and a fireplace. The room is well lit even without the brightly lit electric chandelier turned on.
The French windows connecting the balcony to the master suite provided a stunning view of the estate as well as the Brookline Country Club golf course. Giselle definitely picked the perfect room for the master suite! After doing the master suite, the couple invited the crew to take pictures of their kid’s rooms.
The Kids Are Alright
The three Brady siblings shared two rooms which were made quite creatively to include play areas for the kids. The loft areas are smartly placed above the doorway, requiring the kids to climb a ladder to get to their play area. Quite the smart design as the kids can’t make a mess of their rooms while playing.
The Brady’s washing room located below the children’s room downstairs was quite the surprise as the room had four washer–dryers stacked together. Considering the athlete owner of the house and the three small kids, there was undoubtedly a lot of laundry to be done over the years!
A Comfy Living Room
The team moved to the living room after the washing room, and they were greeted with a stunning sight that was really something else. The living room roof was tilted like the master suite with open glass windows on three sides. There was a TV on top of the fireplace. The center of the living room was set up with cream-colored couches and wooden lamps.
The kitchen is parallel to the living room and is equipped with every amenity one can expect from a modern kitchen. The shelves and cabinets were perfectly decorated and the center of the room comprised of a window facing the dinner table. But this isn’t where the Bradys usually took their meals.
Table for Eight
The Brady family had most of their meals in their spacious dining room which was adjacent to both the living room and the kitchen. The beautiful round Oakwood table could sit nine persons, providing enough dining space when they had guests over, many of whom were VIPs and celebrities as well. Many of these guests came over for business, which mostly took place in Tom’s home office.
The office is small compared to the other rooms but looks like the perfect place to have a quiet talk. The room is well lit with a skywards window behind Tom’s study table and the wall cabinets were lined with memorabilia from Tom Brady’s football days. Definitely, the perfect place for the Super Bowl champ to unwind and relax.
Taking a Peek Below
So far, the crew had only ventured to throw the ground floor and first floor of the mansion. While on their way up and down, they also noticed a couple of tasteful paintings hung on the walls which they took pictures of. Before moving on to the rest of the house, the crew wanted to take a look at the basemen which contained yet another surprise.
Turns out that instead of having a regular basement, Tom and Giselle opted to turn it into three more sections of their home, one of which was a personal theatre with a complete home theatre setup. The basement theatre has a small kitchen and bar area to make sure no one had to go upstairs for anything.
The Kids Got Their Own Play Space
After the home theatre, the second section of the basement was transformed into a big playroom for the Brady kids. The playroom is quite simply furnished with a few wooden pieces of furniture placed around a big white panel for the kids to scribble. Attached to the kid’s playing room was the wine cellar where the couple stored their vintage wine collection.
Brady and Giselle had their own play space in the form of a fully decked-out gym that had everything a super athlete like Tom Brady needed to work out at home. It also had a sauna built with it for the couple as well.
The Second House
To top it all off, the Beady mansion had a separate guest house for guests as well as the place which is Giselle Brady’s favorite. In her words, "This is my sanctuary where I spend most of my time," which makes sense given how well decorated the second house is.
The duplex guest house had a more modern design compared to the main house and looks more akin to a summer home than a guest house. It’s actually this second house that spurred a lot of buyers’ interest in the estate as they felt the high price was justified considering everything it came with.
A Steep Asking Price
Fortunately for the Bradys, they were able to save their New England home at the end of 2020 for $34 million which was well under the making price but still quite the solid sum. They invested that some and added some more to buy their palatial new home in Florida.
Their new home on Davis Island in downtown Tampa is even larger than their last home, measuring a whopping 22,000 square feet, and comes with everything a millionaire could ask for. While it doesn’t have a second house like their last home, the bigger size of the mansion had its own attractions.
Legends and Best Buddies
Brady’s new mansion is the property of another sports legend Derek Jeter who earned the nickname ‘Captain Clutch’ during his baseball years. Jeter built the estate after retiring and definitely spared no expenses when making his home. Tom Brady scored big on this one because Jeter is currently renting it out to the Bradys for $75,000 per month.
The low monthly rent probably happened thanks to Deter and Brady’s close friendship which had developed over the years. In fact, it was Deter who convinced them to leave the New England Patriots and switch to the Buccaneers.
A Regal Welcome
The palatial mansion welcomes guests with its stretched-out brick highway delicately balanced with bushes and shrubs. The whole mansion has a tropical feel to it which adds much to its charms. The mansion is humongous and makes room for seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and eight half bathrooms.
The mansion has multiple multi-car garages that stored Jeter’s car collection. And to top it all off, there is an 80-foot saltwater lap pool in the back, making it the perfect home for Florida’s warm and sunny climate.
A Palatial Entrance
The first thing that’ll catch anyone’s notice is the fancy foyer right at the main entrance. While Brady’s previous home had a beautiful foyer as well, this one at his new home definitely takes the cake with a wooden wall frame integrated into the brick architecture to just accommodate the sunlight and magnificent outside view.
The floor is tiled giving the whole area a very shiny look. The wooden panels lend a classic vibe to the mansion, something that’s integrated into the other parts of the house as well.
Lot's of Fresh Air
The luxurious and tastefully decorated living room is the first room guests will encounter after coming through the entrance hall. The room is designed amazingly will with parts of the walls on the ocean-facing sides completely removed to connect the balconies and the living room together to provide a stunning view of the ocean. The chic and modern furniture in light colors adds elegance to the room.
Aside from this main living room the mansion also has multiple other living areas that are just as well-decorated as the main one. All of them are connected to the kitchen, making it the perfect home for the whole family to relax and enjoy.
A Chef's Dream
Speaking of the kitchen, it seemed Jeter spared no expenses in making his wife happy, as clearly demonstrated by the design and amenities of the room. Two marble-top counter tables grace the center of the room while the four cooktop stove is on the left side. The kitchen also has four dishwashers located on the other end of the room.
Given the size and equipment of the kitchen, one could run a restaurant from the place. The large kitchen size probably comes in handy when there are a lot of guests.
Dining in Style
The dining room is quite large but doesn’t seem so at first glance because it’s rectangular in shape but once you step into it the perception changes. The long British-style dinner table can sit 12 persons at a time while providing a clear view of the ocean just like the living room.
No doubt Jeter and his wife entertained many distinguished guests before he decided to rent it to his best pal, and hopefully, the Bradys will get plenty of opportunities to do the same as well now that the pandemic is over.
What's With All The Laundry?
The laundry room in Jeter’s mansion is just as big as the one in Tom Brady’s old mansion, if not bigger. Can someone please explain what’s the deal with athletes and big laundry rooms? The Bradys' new laundry room has a lot of cupboards which no doubt comes in handy when storing away the mess made by the kids.
We don’t know if the Brady’s made any changes to the room since they moved into the mansion in 2020 but given how spacious it is, there’s no reason to make any.
The Master Bedroom
While Tom and his wife’s new bedroom isn’t necessarily larger than their previous one, the chic modern design set’s a stark contrast. Their new bedroom has a family-sized bed instead of a King-sized one and is dressed in crisp white linen. The disco ball chandelier lends a groovy and modern touch to the room like the rest of the house.
The bathroom of the master suite is just as stunning with a stylish design. The floors, ceilings, and walls are all white as well as the bathtub itself. The shower cubicle is semi-transparent while the open window at the back end of the room provides a nice view of the ocean.
The Kids Are Happy
The kids all got their own bedrooms after moving to the new home which definitely must have made them happy. Their bedrooms aren’t as big as their parent’s ones but they are quite nice nonetheless. Their bedrooms are just as chic and minimal as the rest of the house. Unfortunately, unlike their old home, their new rooms don’t have any attached play areas.
In fact, the whole mansion doesn’t feature any separate playrooms for the kids which must have been a bummer. This is probably because Jeter and his wife didn’t have kids when commissioning the mansion.
The Club Room
Unlike the kids, the Brady couple actually has more options for fun in their new home, especially Tom thanks to the mansion’s exclusive clubroom. The room looks like the perfect man cave complete with a pool table, full-sized bar, and dining table. It looks perfect for both chilling and having business talks.
Speaking of business, Brady has turned into a full-time businessman since his retirement and has a proper office room to carry out his business activities. The den looks warm and cozy, making it the perfect environment for long hours of brainstorming and work.
The New Home Theatre
Just like their previous home Brady’s new mansion abode also had a fully decked-out home theatre room. But unlike their previous one the new home theatre trades comfort for style. The roof has stylish LED panels to give guests an authentic movie theatre feel which the previous one lacked.
The room has ample space for a dozen people to sit comfortably, and even more so if everyone was OK sitting on the steps. Now that’s one home theatre that’s worth getting jealous over any day!
Tom's New Gym
Being one of the best athletes in baseball history, Jeter made sure his home gym had everything a top-level athlete could ask for. Starting from treadmills, deadlifts, training bench, and dumbbells to a stationary cycle, Tom Brady has everything he needs in his new gym to stay in top shape.
The gym is definitely smaller than the one Tom Brady had in his old place, but still is nothing to scoff at given how well equipped. The gym is adjacent to the patio, making it easy to access for all family members.
The Perfect Place to Chill
The mansion also has a superb terrace that’s the perfect place for the Brady family and their guests to chill and knock back a few cocktails while enjoying the sunset. The patio also has a secondary indoor kitchen, ensuring Giselle can enjoy the amazing view of the ocean as she whips something up for the kids or guests.
Standing on the balcony of the terrace, one can see the ocean stretch for miles with the city buildings dotted on the distant horizon. If there’s a heaven on Earth, this mansion and the fantastic natural views definitely embody the word.
A Really Nice Pool
After spending a sweaty day out in the hot Florida sun, nothing feels better than a dip in the swimming pool. In the backyard of the Brady’s Tampa mansion, there’s an 80-foot lap pool with crystal clear water and poolside sitting arrangements.
The backyard also has two boatlifts for future boat purchases, which provides Tom Brady with the perfect opportunity to pick up a new hobby. But whether he wants to do so remains to be seen.
All Good Things Must Come to an End
Eve, the most beautiful of houses can run its course, apparently, as it was recently reported that the now-former couple had decided to end their journey in this magnificent mansion.
Maybe it was the separation, or maybe Giselle and Tom simply decided that they have had enough of the house, but as it turns out, they had decided to put their house on the market. With its incredible exterior, interior, and wonderful facilities that we all had the pleasure of picking into, we have no doubt that the place will be snatched in no-time.
Looking Into the Future
Despite having a fantastic home, it seems the Bradys aren’t to enjoy it for long since Jeter sold the mansion to a new owner last year. This was something Jeter and Brady had hashed out beforehand, so it seems it won’t be long before the Bradys are hunting for a more permanent residence in Florida.
Given that Tom Brady had sold his previous home for a tidy sum, it’s likely he’ll be able to pick a decent one soon enough. Wherever it might be, we’re sure he gonna buy something that will definitely draw some eyeballs.
